A little time to prepare

Allow around one week after confirmation for 5–20 gifts. Orders above 20 need more time. Your preparation and collection or delivery dates are agreed before booking.

A standard gift card is included. Tell us about logo cards, sleeves or personal messages you have in mind. Custom branding, delivery areas and charges are quoted separately. Invoices are available.

Before you gift.

How do I pay?

We arrange bank transfer after confirming your gift, availability and total including any delivery. Carmel sends the account details and payment reference directly. Please wait for confirmation before paying. Secure Stripe card checkout is available below for one confirmed $45 Sweet & Savoury Celebration Hamper. Other gifts, quantities and delivery charges need a separate payment arrangement with Carmel. Invoices are available; Carmel’s Gift Co. is not GST-registered and does not charge GST.

Can I customise a hamper?

Tell Carmel your budget, occasion and preferences. Options, contents and the final price are confirmed before you order.

Can I request a particular date?

Yes—send your preferred date with your enquiry. Carmel will confirm preparation and collection or delivery timing. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

What about allergies or dietary requirements?

Please mention these before ordering so the packaged products can be checked. No hamper is advertised as allergy-free.

Are the flowers in the pamper bouquet fresh?

The three white chrysanthemum flower heads and eucalyptus greenery are artificial. The pictured wrapping, ribbon and decorative elements are included.
